We collect the data you provide when placing an order or contacting us: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, and phone number. We do not store payment card details on our servers — card payments are processed by our payment provider.
Why we use it
We use your data to process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and accounting), and — only with your consent — to send you updates and offers.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our suppliers and the carriers that deliver your goods, our payment processor, and, where applicable, the partner performing installation. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Retention
We retain order and accounting data for as long as required by law, and contact details only as long as needed for the purposes for which they were collected.
