Where we deliver
We deliver across the European Union. Goods are dispatched from our European warehouses, so there are no customs duties or import charges within the EU for our standard range.
Delivery times
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Portable power stations, generators, EV chargers: 3–7 business days;
- Home battery storage (ESS), solar kits: 5–10 business days;
- Heat pumps, whole-home standby generators, large systems: 7–14 business days (pallet / freight delivery).
Times are estimates and may vary by destination and product availability. You receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery and installation
Equipment is delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Products requiring professional installation (heat pumps, standby generators, large battery systems) are delivered to your premises and installed by an independent certified partner. Installation is quoted and agreed separately.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees at delivery.
