Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer buying for personal (non-business) use, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How to return an item
Contact us to notify us of your withdrawal and we will provide return instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. As we require full payment before dispatch, refunds are processed promptly upon a valid return.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-configured energy systems);
- Products that have been installed or commissioned, unless the defect is covered under warranty;
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed;
- Goods bought for a business or commercial purpose.
Defective or damaged goods
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us as soon as possible with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer warranty and applicable law.
