1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the StoreVolts online store and all orders placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Who we are
StoreVolts is an independent seller of energy equipment. We act as an intermediary: products are supplied and dispatched by our approved suppliers and manufacturers, while installation (where required) is performed by independent certified partners. (Company registration details are provided at launch and on your invoice.)
3. Orders and payment
All prices are quoted in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. For larger orders, a down payment may be agreed upon — the remainder is due before the goods are shipped. We ship only after the full amount has cleared.
4. Products and specifications
Product descriptions, technical specifications and images are provided for information and may be updated without notice. While we aim for accuracy, minor specification changes between production batches are possible; binding details are confirmed on your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the product and your location. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty. Warranty handling is done together with the manufacturer or authorised service partner. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Installation work is the responsibility of the independent partner performing it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country of establishment. Consumers benefit from any mandatory provisions of their own country that cannot be excluded. (Final jurisdiction is confirmed at company registration.)
