How does delivery work?
Equipment ships from our EU warehouses. Portable units arrive in 3–7 business days; larger pallet items take 5–14 days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Do I need installation?
Power stations and most EV wall chargers are plug-and-play. Heat pumps, whole-home generators and large battery systems need a certified installer — we refer one in your country.
What about warranty and returns?
Every product carries its manufacturer warranty, and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal within the limits in our Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Orders ship only after full payment is received — there are no hidden costs at delivery.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
For larger systems we can accept a 30–50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch. The order leaves the warehouse only once payment is complete.
How should I size a power station or battery?
Estimate the wattage of the appliances you need to run and for how long. Send us that list and we will recommend the smallest unit that covers it.
What is the difference between an ESS and a generator?
An ESS (energy storage system) works with solar and is silent and maintenance-free, but stores a finite amount of energy. A generator produces power on demand while it has fuel. For whole-home backup, a hybrid of both is often best.
